Professional Profile:
My appraisal career started in 2007 out of Saskatoon where I was based out of the city but completed work throughout Saskatchewan. In 2014 I moved to Battleford and completed appraisals throughout southwest, west, central and northern Saskatchewan.
I have experience in real property appraisals and consulting services on a wide range of properties including agricultural, commercial, industrial, institutional, investment, land development/subdivision, special use, single family, and multi-family properties.
I have provided these services for a variety of purposes including corporate planning, estate, expropriation, insurance, lease consulting, litigation, loss mitigation, mortgage placement, municipal planning, sales, and settlement.

Background:
Prior to completing real property appraisals, I gained experience and education in the accounting/auditing industry. I have experience in the legal system and have appeared in the Court of Queen’s Bench.
I grew up on a grain farm in Coleville and have firsthand experience in the Saskatchewan agricultural community. My family is also involved in the oilfield industry where I gained experience with oilfield processes, leases, etc.
I am a proud mother of twin daughters and am active in the community. I am the Treasurer for the Battlefords Chamber of Commerce and have been a director since January 2022. I support organizations and charities including MS Society, Alzheimer Society, Battlefords Humane Society and the Canadian Cancer Society. I enjoy golfing, curling and running in my spare time. I was the general contractor for the construction of our dwelling in Battleford and have knowledge and experience in the construction industry.
I am the President of the Saskatchewan Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and have been a director on council since June 2016. I am proud to be part of our institute and the appraisal profession.
