My appraisal career started in 2003 out of Saskatoon where I concentrated my work directly in that area until I achieved my AACI designation and worked throughout the province.

I have experience in real property appraisals and consulting services on a wide range of properties including agricultural, commercial, industrial, institutional, land development, single family, and multi-family properties throughout Saskatchewan. I have provided these services for a variety of purposes such as corporate planning, estate planning, litigation, mortgage placement, and municipal planning.

In addition, I specialize in expropriation valuation and consulting services for the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure. I have also gained experience in the residential investment market through the acquisition of a rental property.

I grew up in Dalmeny, Saskatchewan and then relocated to British Columbia where I finished high school. After high school I returned to my prairie roots. My family is involved in the agriculture industry and farms in the Dalmeny area.

I am a proud mother of two sons. My eldest son was diagnosed with Autism when he was 7 and I have been an advocate for Autism Services of Saskatoon since that time. As a family we have run two successful fundraisers to help support the family programs of Autism Services of Saskatoon. This organization continues to stay near and dear to my heart. Other organizations that I support include New Hope’s Dog Rescue, Canadian Cancer Society, Warman Food Bank as well as Warman High School, where I sponsor two scholarships annually.

In 2023 I volunteered as a food parent for the SWAT lacrosse club where my role involved preparing nutritious snacks, meals, refreshments for the team as we traveled to various cities in Saskatchewan and Alberta.

I am a member of the Prairie Sky Chamber of Commerce and of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC). I volunteer on the Saskatchewan AIC council and am proud to be part of our institute and the appraisal profession.
